It is possible to change the 4-digit PIN of your new debit card. To personalize your PIN, there are two available options: either at a Caisse Alliance ATM (or at an affiliated partner’s ATM) or at a branch.

If you have misplaced your PIN, you can create a new one at one of our branches.

For our out-of-town members, you can change your PIN remotely. We are affiliated with Acculink and The Exchange ATM networks (with the exception of Desjardins ATMs). Click here for their locations. If this is your first Caisse Alliance Debit Mastercard, you will need the 4-digit PIN received by mail a few days following the reception of your card. Once your PIN is changed, the processing period can take up to 5 minutes.
