Logging in to Allia

Login to your accounts
It is possible to sign in to Allia, by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen on Caisse Alliance’s website. You will need to enter the number on your new debit card. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will be able to create your profile and personal password.

To help you sign in to Allia and navigate the online banking platform, interactive demonstrations are available on our website. We are also available to guide you in-branch. Telephone support is also available after business hours: 1 888 404-2246. Please note that the after-hour helpline team does not have access to your file or your personal information.

  • To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours, contact one of our branches, call 1 888 404-2246 or email support@caisse.coop.
  • To report debit card fraud, call 1 833 622-1631.
  • To report lost, stolen or fraudulent credit card transactions, call 1 855 341-4643.
  • For support with Allia during business hours, contact one of our branches, call 1 888 404-2246 or email support@caisse.coop.

A helpline (1-866-985-2529) is available after Caisse Alliance’s business hours. This service is available to support members in the following cases:

  • Report a lost or stolen Debit Mastercard
  • If you need help resetting your password in Allia
  • If you need support navigating Allia (e.g.: login to Allia for the first time, make an Interac e-Transfer or bill payment)
