Support services for members during and after business hours

Support services for members:

  • During business hours, our branches are here to assist you and answer all your questions.
  • Interactive demos are available on our website to help navigate the new online banking platform with ease.
  • A frequently asked question section is at your disposal. Click here.
  • To report a lost or stolen debit card and to report debit card fraud during business hours, contact one of our branches, call 1 888 404-2246 or email support@caisse.coop.
  • To report lost, stolen or fraudulent credit card transactions, call 1-855-341-4643.
  • For support with Allia during business hours, contact one of our branches, call 1-888-404-2246 or email support@caisse.coop.

A helpline (1-888-404-2246) is available after Caisse Alliance’s business hours. This service is available to support members in the following cases:

  • To report a lost or stolen Debit Mastercard
  • To report debit card fraud
  • For support navigating Allia (e.g.: login to Allia for the first time, make an Interac e-Transfer or bill payment)

NOTE: The after-hour helpline does NOT have access to your personal information and cannot give you access to your account if you have been locked out after exceeding the maximum login attempts.
