ApplePay: Notice to Apple users with an iOS operating system older than 17 – Members using ApplePay may be required to re-enter their debit card into their digital wallet. You have 2 options. You can update your iOS operating system OR if you are unable to update your operating system, you will need to delete your debit card from your digital wallet and then re-add it.

E-TRANSFER FROM A TFSA
Please note that to send an Interac e-Transfer from your Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) in Allia, you must first make a transfer from your TFSA to one of your savings or chequing accounts, and then send an Interac e-Transfer to your contact from that account.
SECURITY ENHANCEMENT FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS WITH A CREDIT CARD
As part of our credit card supplier’s ongoing commitment to providing industry-aligned security measures for eCommerce and online transactions, enhancements to the one-time passcode fraud protection for cardholders have been put in place.
Expect a six-digit passcode window to pop up during an online transaction when additional security is requested.
Please contact Cardholder Services at 1.855.341.4643 if you did not receive a code and are presented with a window requesting the code, if you receive a code for a transaction you did not initiate or if you believe you’re a victim of scam and have provided financial information to a fraudulent source. Reminder: Collabria, our credit card supplier, will never contact you and ask to share the passcode. Collabria also will never ask you to click or share personal information such as credit card account numbers, social insurance numbers, etc.
BUSINESSES
To file or remit payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you must access the site from a computer. It is not possible to process these transactions on a mobile device.
SIGNING INTO MY CANADA REVENUE AGENCY (CRA) ACCOUNT
Caisse Alliance is now a Sign-In Partner for the Interac® sign-in service. You can simply access your CRA account by selecting Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner and by using your personal Allia login credentials.
Note: Business members must login using their personal credentials.
For security purposes, CRA requires that different procedures be followed depending on each case.
If you do not yet have access to our online banking platform (Allia), please contact one of our branches.
If you already have your credentials to login to Allia and you attempt to access your CRA account using Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner, you may be asked to call CRA (1-800-959-8281) during the process. This is a security procedure so that CRA can authenticate you before granting you access.
