BUSINESSES
To file or remit payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you must access the site from a computer. It is not possible to process these transactions on a mobile device. The following demonstration may be useful: Make Tax Payments
SIGNING INTO MY CANADA REVENUE AGENCY (CRA) ACCOUNT
Caisse Alliance is now a Sign-In Partner for the Interac® sign-in service. You can simply access your CRA account by selecting Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner and by using your personal Allia login credentials.
Note: Business members must login using their personal credentials.
For security purposes, CRA requires that different procedures be followed depending on each case.
If you do not yet have access to our online banking platform (Allia), please contact one of our branches.
If you already have your credentials to login to Allia and you attempt to access your CRA account using Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner, you may be asked to call CRA (1-800-959-8281) during the process. This is a security procedure so that CRA can authenticate you before granting you access.
