Important to know

ALLIA

  • There is currently a temporary outage in the Western region. Northern Ontario is not affected. Our service provider is working to restore our services as quickly as possible.

BUSINESSES

  • QuickBooks: Your QuickBooks accounting software is now fully compatible with Allia. We are here to listen to your needs and working to fulfill your requests! Need assistance? Your Account Manager is here to help.
  • Employer Health Tax payments (EHT): For Employer Health Tax payments, this function is not available in Allia. Click here to make your payments online.
  • WSIB: For WSIB payments, this function is not available in Allia. You can report your insurable earnings and make WSIB account payments at the same time that you complete your business taxes through your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) My Business Account.* Sign in or register for a CRA My Business Account and select WSIB (Ontario) to start using this option.
  • To file or remit payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you must access the site from a computer. It is not possible to process these transactions on a mobile device. The following demonstration may be useful: Make Tax Payments

PERSONAL AND BUSINESSES

  • e-Statements: All members are receiving two transactional statements for the month of October. The first one only includes the accounts in which transactions were made from October 1 to October 19, 2023. This statement is only available in paper format and has been mailed to you on November 28. The second statement covers the period from October 20 to 31. This statement is available online (Allia) or in paper format (mailed to you on November 17), depending on your chosen preference.   • New debit Mastercard: Members appreciate the financial flexibility that our new debit Mastercard offers. Click here for details on how to change your PIN. Remember that the contactless payment feature is activated after the first use!
  • New online banking platform, Allia: You can login from our website’s home page by clicking “Login” or with our mobile application (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). To learn how to sign in for the first time, click here.
  • Our ATMs now offer more options! You can now navigate in a redesigned environment! The mini-transactional statement is now available at the ATM! Want to link more accounts to your debit card? Simply present your request at one of our branches!
  • Get in-person support! Support stations are available to our members at our branches to  provide you with assistance with Allia and your new debit card. We also offer personalized support to our business members.

Important things to know starting Monday, October 23

Your new debit card is ready to use
Use your new Caisse Alliance debit card with your new PIN, either at a point of sale terminal or at the ATM.
Login to your accounts
It is possible to sign in to Allia, by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen on Caisse Alliance’s website. You will need to enter the number on your new debit card. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will be able to create your profile and personal password.
How to sign in?
To sign in using Allia, simply use your new Caisse Alliance debit card number that you received by mail in early October. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will be able to create your profile and personal password.
What will you find on the new platform?
Once signed in to Allia, you will notice that your accounts have different numbers: These new account numbers were paired to your old ones. In other words, nothing will have changed except for your account identifier number.
Transfers
In Allia, your scheduled transfers between accounts will continue therefore, no action is required on your part – everything is in place!

To help you sign in to Allia and navigate the new platform, interactive demonstrations have been prepared interactive demos. Telephone support is also available (1-866-985-2529). We are also available to guide you in-branch.
Mobile app
Allia, Caisse Alliance’s new application, is available for download from the Apple App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android).

Support services offered to members

  • A telephone helpline is available free of charge (1-866-985-2529) to obtain expert answers to your questions concerning the new debit card and Allia online banking platform. This helpline provides service in English 24/7, including holidays. Service in French is offered from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST) from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
  • Interactive demos are available on our website to help you to easily navigate the new online banking platform.
  • Support stations is at your disposal in all of our branches to assist with your first login with Allia and its navigation. Our Hearst, Kapuskasing, Timmins, North Bay (Cassells), Sturgeon Falls and Verner branches are extending their business hours until 8:00 p.m. from October 23 to 27 to assist members with Allia and the new debit card.

Important information to know

A new debit card, early October
You received a new Caisse Alliance debit card by mail at the beginning of October. As a security measure, your new PIN arrived separately in the following days. Your new Caisse Alliance debit card can be used with your new PIN starting Monday, October 23. No activation process required. You will then be able to safely destroy your old debit card.
Temporary closures of branches
All branches will be closed on Friday, October 20.
Destruction of old debit card
Your old Caisse Alliance debit card is no longer functional, both at ATMs and merchants.
Credit card
Your credit card remains functional.
Functional automated tellers (ATMs)
Our ATMs remain functional, however all of Caisse Alliance debit cards are deactivated. It is possible to make withdrawals using a credit card or a debit card other than the one from Caisse Alliance during the conversion weekend.
End of use for AccèsD Affaires
Our AccèsD Affaires online banking platform and mobile application are no longer functional.
Payroll services
If your payroll deposit is scheduled for Friday, October 20, pays will be deposited to your employees’ accounts on Monday, October 23.
Scheduled transactions during the interruption
Any transactions scheduled in your account during the service interruption will occur as of Monday, October 23. If you are expecting direct deposits during the interruption, they will be deposited to your account as of Monday, October 23.
Transaction statements
As part of the migration to our new IT system, account statements will exceptionally be sent to you in two separate documents for the month of October 2023. All members will receive a paper statement by mail for the period of October 1 to the 19, 2023. During this period, an e-statement will not be available. The statement for the period of October 20 to 31 will be available either online or in paper format according to your chosen preference. Beginning in November, you will be receiving your statement each month in the new format.
Cheque Images
Cheque images for cheques that were cashed during the interruption weekend will be available as of Tuesday, October 24.

Don’t look for « Allia Affaires »!
All will be centralized on one platform. By connecting to Allia, you will be able to access all of your profiles (personal and business) from the same location.
