IMPORTANT NOTICE

ApplePay: Notice to Apple users with an iOS operating system older than 17 – Members using ApplePay may be required to re-enter their debit card into their digital wallet. You have 2 options. You can update your iOS operating system OR if you are unable to update your operating system, you will need to delete your debit card from your digital wallet and then re-add it.

Allia upgrade and mandatory update: Following a system upgrade, which will occur on February 12 between midnight and 7:30 am, you will be prompted to perform a mandatory update of your Allia mobile application.

FOLLOWING THE CANADA POST SERVICE DISRUPTION

Delivery delays are still to be expected. Mail and parcel delivery is handled by Canada Post on a “first-in, first-out basis”. We are working with Canada Post to ensure that your mail is delivered to you as quickly as possible. It is important to continue to meet your financial obligations. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To manage your finances efficiently:

  • Access your account via our transactional platform, Allia, ATMs or visit a branch. To manage your finances online for the first time, it’s simple, fast and secure. Please contact one of our branches. We are here to assist you. Once registered, if you need help signing in for the first time, check out our interactive demos.
  • View your eStatements in Allia.
  • For recurring bills, set up recurring bill payments in Allia.
  • You can pay your bills in Allia or at a branch location.
  • Use direct deposit to make sure you receive funds directly into your account.

If you usually receive your accounts statements in the mail: The delivery of your printed statements may be delayed until the postal disruption is over. You can request a printed copy of your accounts statements at one of our branch locations.

You should have received or will receive your following cheques: 

  • Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
  • Old Age Security (OAS)
  • Canada Child Benefit (CCB)
  • Veterans Affairs Canada Disability Pensions

If you are expecting a new debit card and PIN, or cheques in the mail: These are available at our branch locations.

If you are expecting your mortgage renewal documents in the mail: The delivery may be delayed. Your advisor will contact you.

If you are expecting a Guaranteed Investment Certificate in the mail: The delivery may be delayed. If you manage your finances online, you may view your Guaranteed Investment Certificate in Allia. If you need a copy, you may request one at a branch location or it may be sent by secured email upon request.

 

E-TRANSFER FROM A TFSA

Please note that to send an Interac e-Transfer from your Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) in Allia, you must first make a transfer from your TFSA to one of your savings or chequing accounts, and then send an Interac e-Transfer to your contact from that account.

 

SECURITY ENHANCEMENT FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS WITH A CREDIT CARD 

As part of our credit card supplier’s ongoing commitment to providing industry-aligned security measures for eCommerce and online transactions, enhancements to the one-time passcode fraud protection for cardholders have been put in place.

Expect a six-digit passcode window to pop up during an online transaction when additional security is requested.

Please contact Cardholder Services at 1.855.341.4643 if you did not receive a code and are presented with a window requesting the code, if you receive a code for a transaction you did not initiate or if you believe you’re a victim of scam and have provided financial information to a fraudulent source. Reminder: Collabria, our credit card supplier, will never contact you and ask to share the passcode. Collabria also will never ask you to click or share personal information such as credit card account numbers, social insurance numbers, etc.

 

BUSINESSES

  • QuickBooks: Your QuickBooks accounting software is fully compatible with Allia. We are here to listen to your needs and working to fulfill your requests! Need assistance downloading your QuickBooks transactions or statements? Click here to connect with QuickBooks Support.
  • WSIB: You can make your WSIB payments in branch or directly in Allia by selecting the Transfers & Payments menu. Note: When entering the “Payee name”, you will have two choices: “Workplace Safety & Ins Board of ON Sch 1” (select this option if you are an employer protected by a system of collective liability) and “Workplace Safety & Ins Board of ON Sch 2” (select this option if you are not an employer protected by a system of collective liability and if you must individually pay the total costs of WSIB benefits for your injured workers). If you have any questions, your Account Manager is available to assist you.
  • Employer Health Tax payments (EHT): For Employer Health Tax payments, this function is not available in Allia. Click here to make your payments online.
  • To file or remit payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you must access the site from a computer. It is not possible to process these transactions on a mobile device.

 

SIGNING INTO MY CANADA REVENUE AGENCY (CRA) ACCOUNT

Caisse Alliance is now a Sign-In Partner for the Interac® sign-in service. You can simply access your CRA account by selecting Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner and by using your personal Allia login credentials.

Note: Business members must login using their personal credentials.

For security purposes, CRA requires that different procedures be followed depending on each case.

If you do not yet have access to our online banking platform (Allia), please contact one of our branches.

If you already have your credentials to login to Allia and you attempt to access your CRA account using Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner, you may be asked to call CRA (1-800-959-8281) during the process. This is a security procedure so that CRA can authenticate you before granting you access.

Logging in to Allia

Login to your accounts
It is possible to sign in to Allia, by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen on Caisse Alliance’s website. You will need to enter the number on your new debit card. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will be able to create your profile and personal password.
