Important to know

  • AccèsD/AccèsD Affaires will no longer be available after our business hours on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
  • There will be a brief interruption of our financial services between the evening of Thursday, October 19, 2023, and Sunday, October 22, 2023, as we undertake the transition.
  • On Monday, October 23, 2023, personal and business members of Caisse Alliance will be using Allia, the new online platform.

There will be an interruption of Caisse Alliance’s financial services after our branches’ business hours on October 19, 2023, to October 22, 2023. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What to expect during this transition?

A new debit card, in early October
You will receive a new Caisse Alliance debit card by mail at the beginning of October. As a security measure, your new PIN will arrive separately in the following days. You will be able to use your new Caisse Alliance debit card with your new PIN starting Monday, October 23 either at a point of sale terminal or at the ATM.
Temporary closures of branches
All branches will be closed on Friday, October 20.
Destruction of your old debit card
Your current Caisse Alliance debit card will no longer be functional after our branches’ business hours on Thursday, October 19, at both ATMs and merchants.
Credit card
Your credit card will remain functional.
Functional automated tellers (ATMs)
Our ATMs will remain functional, but your current Caisse Alliance debit card will be deactivated. You will only be able to make withdrawals using a credit card or a debit card other than the one from Caisse Alliance.
Account access using the online platform
The AccèsD platform for online access to your finances, and the AccèsD mobile application will no longer be functional beginning in the evening of Thursday, October 19.
Transactions scheduled in your account during the interruption
Any transaction scheduled in your account during the service interruption will occur as of Monday, October 23. To avoid late bill payments (not loans), it is recommended that you process your transactions before October 19. If you are expecting automatic deposits (example: Canada Child Tax Benefit on October 20) during the interruption, they will be deposited to your account as of Monday, October 23.
Transaction statements
As part of the migration to our new IT system, account statements will exceptionally be sent to you in two separate documents for the month of October 2023. All members will receive a paper statement by mail for the period of October 1 to the 19, 2023. During this period, an e-statement will not be available. The statement for the period of October 20 to 31 will be available either online or in paper format according to your chosen preference. Beginning in November, you will be receiving your statement each month in the new format.

Your new debit card is ready to use
You will be able to use your new Caisse Alliance debit card with your new PIN starting Monday, October 23 either at a point of sale terminal or at the ATM.
Login to your accounts
It will be possible to sign in to Allia, by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen on Caisse Alliance’s website. You will need to enter the number on your new debit card.
How to sign in?
To sign in using Allia, simply use your new Caisse Alliance debit card number that you will receive by mail in early October.
What will you find on the new platform?
Once signed in to Allia, you will notice that your accounts have different numbers: These new account numbers were paired to your old ones. In other words, nothing will have changed except for your account identifier number.
Transfers
In Allia, your scheduled transfers between accounts will continue therefore, no action is required on your part – everything will be in place!
Having trouble signing in?
To help you sign in to Allia and navigate the new platform, interactive demonstrations have been prepared. Telephone support will also available. The number to call will be displayed on our website as of October 19. We will also be available to guide you at our branches starting Monday, October 23.
Mobile app
Allia, Caisse Alliance’s new application, will be available for download as of Monday, October 23 from the Apple App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android).

Ready for the transition?

In the next few days (mid-September), you will receive a letter from Caisse Alliance by mail. This letter contains important details about this digital transition. Please read it carefully! Here is what you can do.

We encourage you to:

  • If you wisht to save your AccèsD account statements on your computer, you may do so before October 19. It is also possible to print it, however, we recommend an eco-friendly choice by downloading a digital copy. This is optional.
  • Do you have a credit card or would you like to order one? If you don’t have a credit card, and cash is your only option to cover your expenses for the transition weekend, plan to withdraw cash before October 19. Due to the 3-day service interruption, you will need to have a credit card or cash on hand to make your purchases during the transition.
  • Process your transactions before October 19, if transactions in your account are scheduled during the service interruption;
  • If possible, process Interac eTransfers before October 19. This is not mandatory but recommended.
  • View demos about Allia available on our website and become familiar with the new platform. You will see that it is quite simple!
  • Read the FAQ section for additional answers to your questions.
  • Visit our website regularly to remain informed about the latest communications and updates.
  • Follow us on social media! We will be present and responsive in order to keep you well-informed.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to get the latest news from your Caisse.

Support services offered to members:

  • A telephone helpline will be available free of charge as of October 19 to obtain expert answers to your questions concerning the new debit card and Allia online banking platform. This helpline will provide service in English 24/7, including holidays. Service in French will be offered from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST) from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
  • Interactive demos are now available on our website to help you to easily navigate the new online banking platform.
  • In-person support stations will be at your disposal in our branches to assist with your first login with Allia and its navigation.
  • In-person support workshops will be offered in our branches and dates will be announced soon.
  • Members Group Meetings will be held in person in our six regions from September 5 to 14. Members are invited to attend for more details and answer to their questions.

Important information to know

A new debit card, early October
You will receive a new Caisse Alliance debit card by mail at the beginning of October. As a security measure, your new PIN will arrive separately in the following days. Your new Caisse Alliance debit card can be used with your new PIN starting Monday, October 23. No activation process required. You will then be able to safely destroy your old debit card.
Temporary closures of branches
All branches will be closed on Friday, October 20.

Credit card
Your credit card will remain functional.

Payroll services
If your payroll deposit is scheduled for Friday, October 20, pays will be deposited to your employees’ accounts on Monday, October 23. If this is the case, your employees must be informed. If necessary, the Caisse can provide alternate solutions in order to accommodate you.
Scheduled transactions during the interruption
Any transactions scheduled in your account during the service interruption will occur as of Monday, October 23. To avoid late payments, it is recommended that you process your transactions before October 19. If you are expecting direct deposits during the interruption, they will be deposited to your account as of Monday, October 23.
Transaction statements

Don’t look for « Allia Affaires »!
All will be centralized on one platform. By connecting to Allia, you will be able to access all of your profiles (personal and business) from the same location.
How to sign in?

  • If you need to process international transfers before the transition, the deadline is Tuesday, October 17.
