Did you try clearing cache and cookies?

When you use a browser, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

BROWSER: CHROME

In Chrome – Computer

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click More tools  Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

In the Chrome app – Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap More.
  3. Tap History  Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.

In the Chrome app – iPhone/iPad

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the bottom, tap More.
  3. Tap History  Clear browsing data.
  4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to “Cookies, Site Data,” and “Cached Images and Files.”
  5. Tap Clear browsing data.

BROWSER: MICROSOFT EDGE

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the browser, select Settings and more (Alt+F).
  3. Select Settings, then click on Privacy & services.
  4. Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose what to clear.
  5. Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data, then select Clear now.

 

BROWSER: SAFARI

Clear cookies and cache, but keep your history

  1. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
  2. Tap Remove All Website Data.

BROWSER: MOZILLA FIREFOX

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click the Menu icon in the upper-right:
  2. Click on History.
  3. Click on Clear Recent History…
  4. In the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select Everything.
  5. Check the applicable boxes for Cookies and Cache.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close all Mozilla Firefox browser windows and restart it.
