I’m an Eastlink customer or of an Internet provider offering the eero router and I’m having trouble logging in. What to do?

1. Did you try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser? Click here for instructions.

2. Did you verify your eero router?

 

Open the mobile app for your eero router.

At the bottom of the page, you will find the “Discover” menu. Open the “Discover” menu.

Three options are displayed. Open the first option, “eero Secure“.

At the bottom of the page, under the “Advanced” category, click on “Block & Allow Sites“.

Click on the “Allowed” tab, then on “Add Allowed Site“.

Enter the desired web address.

For the Caisse Alliance website, enter https://www.caissealliance.com/

For Allia, enter https://online.caissealliance.com/
