Financial Relief Measures – coronavirus March 19, 2020

Financial Relief Measures are in Place

March 19, 2020

Dear members:

In this period of global COVID-19 pandemic, Caisse Alliance listens closely to its members needs and is doing everything possible to meet them quickly and efficiently.

The entire Canadian economy is already feeling the financial impact of the pandemic. Caisse Alliance is aware that some of its individual and business members have been impacted or may experience a temporary loss of wages or income. Therefore, our financial cooperative is committed to providing support to members that are affected by the situation and have difficulty meeting their financial obligations.

In that respect, personal and business members can contact their Caisse Alliance advisor. Each situation will individually be analyzed. The proposed solutions could go as far as skipping payments for all financing products or even additional financing to quickly and easily assist our members with their temporary lack of cash flow. These reductions will have no negative impact on the credit rating of members who take advantage of them and Caisse Alliance could further improve these measures as the situation evolves.

“In times of economic disruption like the one we are currently experiencing, the cooperative model makes perfect sense. Committed to our mission, we continue to contribute to the well-being of our members, as well as the quality and the excellence of our services while adapting our practices according to the current situation, says Pierre Dorval, President & Chief Executive Officer. We were created by our members and for our members, and this is exactly why we are here to accompany them in these most difficult times.”

Caisse Alliance strongly encourages the use of online tools and asks its personal and business members to contact their branch or their advisor by telephone or by email should they have any questions.

Sincerely,

Pierre Dorval

President & CEO
