PRIX CONNEXIONS EMPLOYEURS 2022  AWARDED TO CAISSE ALLIANCE

KAPUSKASING, March 15, 2022 – “Prix Connexions Employeurs” is an initiative of RDEE Canada (“Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité“) that recognizes employers who are actively engaged in Francophone communities and highlights the contribution of businesses that show initiative and innovation in recruitment, including facilitating the integration of qualified Francophone immigrants.

Integrating an immigrant clientele as a recruitment solution is paramount to the Caisse Alliance. Pierre Dorval, President and Chief Executive Officer, explained this at the “Symposium des Prix Connexions Employeurs” held on March 8, 2022. “We are extremely proud to be among the selected employers. The integration of qualified Francophone immigrants should, more than ever, be considered to enable businesses to contribute to the development of the Francophone economy in our communities.”

For Pierre Dorval, the successful integration of new immigrants into a community is a team effort. “It is with great generosity that our teams have contributed furniture, clothing and money to help these new colleagues integrate as quickly as possible. I am extremely proud to say that the entire Caisse family is involved in welcoming the new team members, and this goes far beyond the workplace.” “This kind of solidarity greatly increases the chances of success.”

Caisse Alliance also wishes to highlight the partnership with the “Société économique de l’Ontario“, making the process of recruiting workers from abroad easier, by helping employers navigate and understand the procedures.

Caisse Alliance was one of five employers selected. The award winners were from Nunavut, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Ontario.
