Do I need to create a new profile for Interac e-Transfer if I’m a new user of Allia?

Yes. Since you’re a new user of the Allia online banking platform, you will be asked to create a profile for your first Interac e-Transfer. Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Sign into Allia on your preferred device.
  2. Under the “Interac-Transfer®” section, click “Profile settings”. You will be asked to confirm your information – name, email, mobile phone.
  3. Click “Continue”.
  4. Verify your details and click “Continue”.
  5. Enter the one-time password you received on your mobile device (text message) or email address.
  6. Click “Continue”.
  7. You have now created your profile.
