If your Privilege Card has been lost or stolen, please notify Caisse Alliance immediately. Your card will be cancelled, and we will issue you a new one at a branch location. 

The Privilège COOP Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
