Report fraud

If you think you may have been the victim of fraud on the Internet, at the ATM:

Call one of the following numbers:

Outside business hours of your Caisse populaire call:  1 866-779-COOP  (1 866-779-2667) Canada and the U.S.

Other countries: (Call collect) 1 514-397-4610

You should also advise credit agencies like Equifax (1-800-465-7166 or 514-493-2314) and Trans-Union (1-877-713-3393 or 514-335-0374), who will add a note to your file informing credit providers that you may have been a victim of fraud.


If you think you have fraud on your account, please call Cardholder Service at 1 -855-341-4643 immediately to report any fraud.

If your card has been lost or stolen, please call Cardholder Service at 1-855-341-4643 immediately to report your lost card. Our cardholder service team will disable the card limiting unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where and when your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.

What should I do if I receive e-mail that I think may be fraudulent?

If you receive an e-mail asking you to update your personal information (debit card number, AccèsD password, social insurance numbers or date of birth) under the pretext that your AccèsD account is about to expire or for any other reason, do not reply, click on any link or open any attachments.

To send us information about suspicious e-mail, send the e-mail and the site address to: phishing@desjardins.com.

Please note that you will receive an automated response to e-mail sent to this address.

Caution: do not include confidential information such as an account number or PIN. For assistance, contact an AccèsD service agent at 1-866-779-COOP (1-866-779-2667 ).

What should I do if I witness fraud that is not directly related to my account?

If you witness any one of the scams described in this section, report it to The Canadian Anti-fraud Call Centre.
