Microsoft Excel – Procédure détaillée
Microsoft Excel 2003, detailed procedure:
Open CSV file containing your statement.
Type *.* for file name and click ‘Enter’ to display all files.
Click on ‘Import’ to activate the Import Wizard.
The data type must be set at ‘Delimited’.
Click on ‘Next’.
The field delimiter must be the comma.
The text qualifier must be the quotation marks.
Click on ‘Finish’.
It is not necessary to change the format of the columns.
Click on ‘Next’.
Select all the data (from Columns A to N) and click on ‘Copy’.
Open the template.
Place your cursor just after the last line in Column A.
Click on ‘Paste’.
Save the template.
Microsoft Excel 2007, detailed procedure:
Open CSV file containing your statement.
Click on the ‘Data’ tab in the menu.
Click on ‘Get External Data’, then on ‘From Text’. Select the CSV statement, then click on ‘Import’.
Once the Text Import Wizard window opens, select ‘Delimited’ as the original data type.
Click on ‘Next’.
The delimiter must be a comma.
The text qualifier must be a quotation mark.
Click on ‘Finish’, then click on ‘OK’.
