Manage payees in Allia

Manage and update your payees in Allia

Don’t forget to update your bill file to reflect any new bill or invoice reference numbers before you pay your household bills, such as phone, ISP, cable and hydro bills, to avoid any errors or late payments.

Be sure to have your bills on hand when you log on to Allia.

To change the reference number of a bill or invoice:

  • Log on to Allia.
  • From the Transfers and payments menu, select Manage payees, and click the Add payee button.
  • Search for the Payee name and enter the Payee account number. Click Continue.
  • Based on the selected method of verification, check your email or phone to enter the one-time verification code. Enter the code and click Continue.
  • The payee was added successfully.
