There is a QR code on the back of your Privilège COOP Card. You can easily scan this code with your mobile device to check your balance. You can also visit www.getmybalance.com. If you do not have a mobile device, you can obtain your balance by calling 1-833-558-1108 or we can provide it to you at a branch location.  

Privilège COOP Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
