FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
A COOPERATIVE ON THE MOVE, SERVING LOCAL COMMUNITIES
NORTH BAY, May 1, 2026 —
The year 2025 was one of continuity and confidence for Caisse Alliance. Despite a challenging economic environment, the organization continued to move forward, strengthened its financial position and, above all, maintained an active and meaningful presence in communities across Northern Ontario. Presented at the Annual General Meeting, the results reflect a cooperative that grows with its members and for its members.
“What makes us proud is not only our growth, but how it is achieved,” says Mr. Grégoire Lefebvre, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We remain close to our communities, attentive to their needs, and true to the values that define us.”
This sense of closeness is reflected in everyday actions. In 2025, Caisse Alliance continued to support its members at every stage of their financial journey, while actively backing entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and initiatives that drive regional development. “Our role goes far beyond financial services. We are here to help, advise and build alongside the people of our region,” explains Mr. Pierre Dorval, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The cooperative commitment is also expressed through tangible actions in the community. Through donations, sponsorships and local initiatives, Caisse Alliance directly contributes to the economic and social vitality of the communities it serves, while redistributing a portion of its surpluses to its members. “When Caisse Alliance succeeds, our members and communities benefit,” Mr. Dorval emphasizes.
Looking toward the future, Caisse Alliance continues to adapt its services to evolving needs, promote local purchasing and develop initiatives to support the next generation. “We want to keep evolving alongside our members, while remaining simple, accessible and relevant,” concludes Mr. Lefebvre.
