SCAM INVOLVING FRAUDULENT PHONE CALLS

If you receive a suspicious call that appears to be from the Caisse or from our fraud department:

• Do not share any personal or account information.
• Hang up immediately.
• Call us directly at 1 888 404-2246 to verify the call.

We will never ask you to provide full account numbers, online banking passwords, or PINs or security codes over the phone.
