OVERVIEW
The Special Activity Contest is open to all young people between the ages of 4 and 13 who live in the communities served by Caisse Alliance (Caisse).
1 – CONTEST DURATION
The monthly contest begins at 7 a.m. on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.
2 – CONTEST ORGANIZATION
This contest is organized by the Caisse.
3 – ELIGIBILITY
a) The drawing contest is open to all children between the ages of 4 and 10, Caisse members and non-members alike.
b) The special activity is open to all children capable of completing the task up to the age of 13, Caisse members and non-members alike.
Children of employees, members of the Board of Directors and local committees are eligible for the contest, since the draw will be made by a neutral and impartial person.
4 – HOW TO ENTER
a) Obtain a colouring page or activity from one of our branches, the Caisse website or your school (if it participates in the Student Savers Program);
b) Have fun colouring the drawing or completing the activity designed by the Caisse;
c) Send your artwork or activity to communications@caisse.coop;
d) A random draw will be held in each participating region;
e) The winning artwork will be posted on our social media (no confidential information will be shared).
5 – PRIZES
To be won: one prize worth $25 per component, per participating region*.
If the winner has a Student Savers account, a bonus prize of a $25 deposit will be awarded. If the winner does not have a Student Savers account, no deposit will be made unless the parent opens an account for the child.
6 – GENERAL RULES
a) A random draw will be held for each Caisse component and region. To be eligible, the winner must have submitted his or her completed work or activity to the Caisse before midnight on the last day of the month;
b) The Caisse will present the prizes at one of its branches;
c) If the winner refuses to accept a prize, the Caisse will be released from all liability and obligations towards the winner;
d) The winner’s first name and photo may be published with the permission of a parent/guardian;
e) All participants accept that the Caisse may use their name, photo and comments for promotional purposes without any form of compensation, with the authorization of the parent/guardian.
