To illustrate this principle, Caisse Alliance is announcing its campaign based on the community pizza metaphor.<\/p>\n<p>This member dividend takes shape thanks to each member: savings form the dough, loans play the role of toppings and the members\u2019 trust is the cheese that holds it all together. The more members contribute to the preparation, the bigger the collective pizza becomes, and the more generous the available slices are.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the distribution of this &#8220;financial&#8221; pizza is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>$2,266,000<\/strong> paid directly to members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>$600,000<\/strong> dedicated to special projects in its communities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>$461,964<\/strong> for preferred shareholders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>$123,030<\/strong> offered to holders of the <strong>Share+<\/strong> product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>A Recipe for Confidence&#8221;<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Says Mr. Gr\u00e9goire Lefebvre <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gr\u00e9goire Lefebvre, Chair of the Board of Directors, explains: &#8220;In our financial cooperative, everyone pitches in. It is thanks to the trust of our members that we can give member dividends while continuing to share the benefits with our communities in Northern Ontario.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Slice-by Slice Member Dividend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligible members will receive a member dividend based on the financial services used. This year&#8217;s recipe includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5%<\/strong> dividends on preferred shares and the Share+ product,<\/li>\n<li><strong>4%<\/strong> of interest paid on personal residential mortgages and secured lines of credit (maximum of $375 per account),<\/li>\n<li><strong>075%<\/strong> on term deposits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The personalized letters will be mailed shortly, and member dividends will be distributed during the week of April 6, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;A Well-Garnished Pizza Since 2018&#8221; \u2013 Mr. Pierre Dorval <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For Pierre Dorval, President and Chief Executive Officer, the member dividend illustrates a fundamental principle of cooperation. &#8220;Since 2018, our financial results have been a clear reflection of our members\u2019 active participation. With over $32 million redistributed, we are demonstrating that every action taken in a cooperative contributes to collective benefits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Encouragement to Enjoy Locally<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caisse Alliance invites its members to use their member dividends to encourage local businesses.
