Speak to your Regional Manager or an employee for more details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the nomination period, members may apply for one of the available positions. Administrators are not appointed by the Regional Manager; they are elected by the delegates, who are elected by fellow-members. There are 36 delegates, six in each of the six regions served by Caisse Alliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The democratic structure of the Caisse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Board of Directors<\/li>\n<li>The Audit Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Board of Directors<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board of Directors consists of 12 members elected by the delegates during the Annual General Meeting. In addition to attending board meetings, Board Members may also be involved in committees to address certain specific issues.<\/p>\n<p>There is no shortage of work!
