Face masks at Caisse Alliance branches

Face masks at Caisse Alliance branches

NOTICE TO MEMBERS

North Bay, July 20, 2020 – Following the recommendations of the municipal authorities and the various regional health units, all Caisse Alliance branches will require employees and members to wear masks in spaces accessible to the public and in places where social distancing is not possible. The Caisse asks for the collaboration of its members and visitors to ensure compliance with this new directive.

Once members and visitors are in areas restricted to the public or when protective equipment is in place, our employees can serve you without masks (with consent) to ensure better customer service. It is important that we continue our efforts to limit the spread of the virus and to avoid the possibility of a second wave.

In order to ensure a smooth and safe process, the respect of social distancing remains essential, for both members and employees. Caisse Alliance recommends that its members continue to use online services, including AccèsD, telephone services and ATMs, rather than visiting a branch. Remember that the majority of your transactions can be completed in the comfort of your own home.

The Caisse encourages any member who does not have a debit card or who is not registered for AccèsD to contact their branch by telephone to obtain the required support, if necessary.

Relief Measures

We continue to monitor the situation and will adapt our practices based on the government’s recommendations.

On a final note, I wish to remind that it is essential to continue to follow the public health authorities’ recommendations, including:

  • washing your hands;
  • coughing and sneezing into your elbow;
  • maintaining a social distance of two (2) meters;
  • if you have symptoms, stay at home and request a screening test as soon as possible.

On behalf of the entire team at Caisse Alliance, thank you for your patience and your cooperation. Please respect the recommended measures to protect the health of your loved ones.

Sincerely,

Pierre Dorval
President & CEO
