In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, mail delivery of documents, such as monthly statements, renewals, cards, will be delayed until Canada Post service resumes.

• Opt for eStatements or request a copy at one of our branches.
• Opt for direct deposit into your account.
• Opt for online bill payment.
• For recurring bills, set up pre-authorized payments.
• Deposit a cheque using mobile deposit.
