Starting November 1, 2025, you may experience temporary difficulties accessing or reinstalling the Allia mobile app if your Android device is running Android 15 or a newer version.
This situation is related to the pending release of Allia update 4.4. We are awaiting confirmation of the new rollout date shortly.
Please note that this situation does not affect users of Android 14 or earlier versions, nor users of Apple devices (iOS).
