As the Caisse is taking steps towards implementing its sustainable development plan established in 2021, it will offer two bursaries to recognize a significant contribution or commitment to sustainable development in our communities. Two $5,000 bursaries will be awarded to students who have distinguished themselves by participating in or initiating a specific project that made a difference in the community.

Students who are graduating from high school and plan to enroll in a post-secondary program or post-secondary students who are enrolled in a college or university undergraduate program are eligible.

What are the eligibility requirements?

  • Attended a Canadian secondary or post-secondary institution during the 2022-2023 school year;
  • Be enrolled in a postsecondary program;
  • Be a member of Caisse Alliance;
  • Be involved in your community (cooperative, community, cultural, student or business activities, etc.);
  • Submit two 250-500 word texts abd a video explaining your involvement and participation in the project, to be evaluated (Section 5).

Applications will be accepted between 1 and March 31, 2023, at midnight. The application form will be available soon. The selected candidates will be notified in June 2023.
