Yes. Business members received a new debit Mastercard by mail at the end of September – beginning of October, 2023. Your new PIN has been sent in a separate mailing.

Please note that you only received a new debit Mastercard if you have used your old white and green debit card at least once since September, 2022. Your new card will be activated when you use it for the first time WITH your new PIN.

Sign in to Allia with your new debit Mastercard. You don’t need to make a transaction with your new card to be able to sign in to Allia.

NOTE: If you were a user of our previous online banking platform, but did not have a physical debit card, you have received a Personal Authentication Number (PAN) by mail at the beginning of October, 2023. When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will then be able to create your profile and personal password.
