Update your AccèsD bill file

Don’t forget to update your bill file to reflect any new bill or invoice reference numbers before you pay your household bills, such as phone, ISP, cable and hydro bills, to avoid any errors or late payments.

Be sure to have your bills on hand when you log on to AccèsD.

To change the reference number of a bill or invoice:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • From the Manage your bill file page, select a bill and click on the Modify button.
  • Enter the new reference number and click on the Validate button.
