How can the after-hour helpline assist members?

A helpline (1-888-404-2246) is available after Caisse Alliance’s business hours. This service is available to support members in the following cases:

  • Report a lost or stolen Debit Mastercard
  • If you need support navigating Allia (e.g.: login to Allia for the first time, make an Interac e-Transfer or bill payment)
  • In case of fraud

Our after-hour helpline does NOT have access to your personal information and cannot give you access to your account if you have been locked out after exceeding the maximum login attempts. If you have any financial-related questions, to order a new debit card or for any other questions, please contact one of our branches.

NOTE: Our after-hour helpline will never contact you directly by phone or email. At any time, if you doubt the authenticity of a call, never disclose personal information and contact Caisse Alliance directly.
