To make an Interac e-Transfer, you must be registered for AccèsD and know the email address or mobile phone number of the person to whom you want to transfer funds(3).
Recipients receive an e-mail or text message notifying them that the funds can be deposited to their account in a Canadian financial institution.
You receive an email or text message confirming that the funds have been deposited to their bank account(4).
Click on the Transfers button, then select Interac transfers. Click on the Create my profile button.
After you’ve created your profile, click on the Add a recipient button under the Make a transfer tab.
