How to register for AccèsD?

You must be a Caisse populaire member to register for AccèsD*.

Make sure you have your Access Card on hand when you register.

At the Caisse

When you register, you will receive a temporary password. You should change your password the first time you use the system. This password is valid for 5 days only.

Go to caissealliance.com – “AccèsD Personal”.


Go to caissealliance.com – “AccèsD Personal” – “Register to AccèsD”.

Complete the following:

  • Confirm identity
    • Questions are related to your account.
    • Have on hand a recent statement, as the time to answer is limited.
  • Create password
    • Must be composed of 6 to 12 alphanumeric characters (numbers and letters only), at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number.
    • Must be different from your last 6 passwords.
    • Valid for all your sessions on AccèsD or AccèsD Affaires Internet, mobile or tablet. It cannot be used for AccèsD telephone (AccèsD users only).
  • Configure your security settings
    • Security questions. When you connect to AccèsD, it is possible to be asked one of the questions to verify your identity. These questions help us validate your identity in unusual connection circumstances.
  • 2-step verification
    • 2-step verification means providing 2 types of information to confirm your identity. By turning this feature on, you’re adding a step that provides an extra layer of security when logging in to AccèsD.
    • It’s simple: once you’ve entered your password on AccèsD, a single-use security code will be sent to you by notification from the mobile app or by text message. You’ll have to enter the code to log in to your account.

* The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except on Sundays, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. ET).
