There is a QR code on the back of your Privilège COOP or Compliments COOP Gift Card. You can easily scan this code with your mobile device to check your balance. You can also visit www.getmybalance.com. If you do not have a mobile device, you can obtain your balance by calling 1-800-755-8608 or we can provide it to you at a branch location.  

Privilège COOP and Compliments COOP Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Funds on the Privilège COOP Gift Card do not expire, funds on the Compliments COOP Gift Card will expire after 365 days of activation, funds are non-reloadable and no cash access.
