Caisse Alliance is gradually lifting restrictions

North Bay, May 25, 2020 – As of today, Monday, May 25, 2020, Caisse Alliance is gradually lifting restrictions to adapt to the progressive reopening of shops and businesses. Most of our branches are vigilantly resuming their activities while ensuring the safety of all and the respect of social distancing. Unless otherwise specified, all our branches will be returning to regular business hours by Monday, June 15, 2020.

For protection and prevention purposes, employees may wear safety equipment, and a limited number of members are permitted inside our facilities at a time. This number is set according to the capacity of each of our branch locations. Moreover, floor stickers have been placed two meters apart. These measures conform with the recommendations of government authorities.

To ensure a smooth and safe transition, please respect social distancing. Caisse Alliance continues to encourage members to make use of online services, including AccèsD, telephone services and ATMs, as most of your transactions can be completed in the comfort of your own home.

Members who do not have a debit card or who are not registered with AccèsD are encouraged to submit a request by calling their branch and obtain the required support.

A complete list of our branches and regular hours of operation is available at https://www.caissealliance.com/en/find-a-branch/.

Relief Measures

The Caisse recognizes that some of our personal and business members may have difficulty meeting their financial obligations, given the current pandemic, and wishes to support you. Please contact your branch, as each case is analyzed individually.

We continue to monitor the situation and will adapt our practices based on the government’s recommendations.

On a final note, I wish to remind that it is essential to continue to follow the public health authorities’ recommendations, including:

  • washing your hands;
  • coughing and sneezing into your elbow;
  • maintaining a social distance of two (2) meters.

We invite you to visit the official websites of the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario where you will find important updates and resources related to COVID-19.

On behalf of our entire team at Caisse Alliance, thank you for your patience, for your cooperation and for respecting social distancing. We look forward to serving you.
