New CEBA self-service tool


Starting December 14, 2020, in an effort to improve the customer experience, CEBA applicants will be able to visit the new self-service tool available at https://status-statut.ceba-cuec.ca to obtain real-time detailed information about their application status.

Applicants will need to have the following information to view the status of their loan:

  • The name of the financial institution through which they applied for CEBA
  • Their 9-digit CRA business number
  • The applicable T1, T2, T2 Short, or T4 SUM used in the CEBA application

Please note that the information on this website is identical to what is on file with the CEBA Call Centre.

If you have questions about the CEBA program or want to know the status of your application, you may also contact the CEBA Call Centre at 1 888 324-4201. The CEBA Call Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET.

To upload documents, please visit https://application-demande.ceba-cuec.ca. This step is only required for new applications for $60,000 in funding for companies that have not yet benefited from the CUEC program.
